Your Child’s First Visit to Lund Dental Associates

Do you have a young child that has not yet seen a dentist? A child's first dental visit should take place around his or her first birthday. During this first visit our Stoneham & Reading dentists will examine your child's teeth, gums, jaws and bite. The most important aspect of this first visit is that it allows your child to become comfortable with our doctors and staff so that he or she is put at ease about visiting a dentist. Your child can sit in your lap in the exam room to ease any anxiety he or she may feel. We encourage you to talk to your child positively about visiting a dentist and to address any anxiety or fears he or she may have.
