Now's a Good Time to Improve Your Smile!

Now that the busy holiday season is behind us and we're embarking on a brand new year, it's a terrific time to improve your smile! Lund Dental Associates, your local Stoneham and Reading dentists, offer convenient office hours including evening hours. If you have been too busy to visit a dentist or wish to make your smile more attractive and beautiful, the start of the year is the perfect time to schedule an appointment with us.
We've been in business for nearly four decades and we use the latest available technologies to provide our patients with state-of-the-art treatment and care. We are proud of the fact that we are the first Stoneham dentists to use the Lava Chairside Oral Scanner C.O.S. This device allows us to digitally capture tooth impressions for crowns and bridges using a small wand which means no more messy impressions or long wait times.

Want a White, Bright Smile?
If your teeth are not as white and bright as you would like, we offer both in-office and at-home
teeth whitening as well! It's natural for teeth to darken over time as foods you eat and beverages you drink can discolor teeth. Some medications can also cause discoloration, as can some types of illnesses, tobacco use or improper dental hygiene.
We offer a variety of teeth whitening options and all are industry approved. So make your teeth a priority, and start a new resolution for 2013 to improve your smile today.
To make an appointment with Lund Dental Associates, call us at 781-438-2700. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Why We Do What We Do

For as long as he could remember, our patient Peter did not like his front teeth. Through the years, Dr. William Lund discussed with him his treatment options, but Peter was never ready to go through with any of them. In December 2012, Peter made the decision to finally fix his front teeth.

Here is the email he sent the day after Dr. William Lund cemented in his 6 beautiful anterior porcelain crowns. This is why our job is so rewarding.

Good Morning Dr. Lund,
I guess I could send a card to you and your wonderful staff, but I am afraid it would lack something in spontaneity. I stumbled into the bathroom last night at 3AM and caught a glimpse of this guy with beautiful teeth!! After 10 minutes mirror gazing, I went back to bed but not without seriously considering booting up the computer to write this note right then. What I was thinking was that in a procedure (replacing all my front teeth) where to me it seems that there must be hundreds of things that can go wrong, where it’s not just science and math but art, nuance, and detail…how did everything go so well? I've always had the greatest appreciation for your workmanship,(remember that that molar you rebuilt from scratch years ago like it was nothing?), but I also admire what it must have taken to build such a thriving practice over decades, stay at the cutting edge of the profession, and raise a family. I can only imagine how rewarding it must be to have a daughter working alongside you. To me that speaks volumes about not just your professional ability but about who you are. This is why I never considered another dentist for this procedure and was 120% confident in your office. And this brings me to my final point…the beautiful teeth are not just due to a couple of common components but to all the ingredients that you put into it – because you put your all into your work and the result is always outstanding – really it is an art and you are an exceptional artist. All the about seems to be such a rare thing today and I wanted to say how appreciative I am for all of it before I get swallowed up in my work etc. Many thanks to you and all your people. Please feel free to print and post publicly. Best, Peter
